Two Palestinian football teams, of a total of 22 children between the age of 10 and 14 from the cities of Hebron and Ramallah, are in Palmela for a holiday with many activities.
Palmela Spring Camp is taking place as a part of an initiative of the Municipality of Palmela with the Diplomatic Mission of Palestine in Portugal and the support of several entities. This initiative believes that Sports has an important role in strengthening ties of friendship, peace and cooperation, providing a unique opportunity for learning and opening horizons for young players who suffer from a scenario of daily violence and war.
